This exercise will focus on your Biceps major muscle and also all the muscles of your back where is located your Trapezius muscle. this exercise can be done for beginners, intermediates, and experts. It depends of the number of sets/reps. However, in this case this exercise will focus on the numbers of reps you have to do in order to strength the muscles, which is from 12-15 reps for each set.

Squats

This kind of exercise will focus more on your legs muscles such as, Quadriceps group and Hamstring group, wich be alow a swimmer to get more power and strenght on their legs while their swimming so they can go faster every moment they kick. With Squats you should start easy with less amount weight until you get use to squat. But when you get use to and you want to build more of your power you can add more weight. Therefore, to start practicing do 20-25 squats per 3 sets.
